Pressure washing uses greater water pressure and is generally suited to durable surfaces such as certain concrete areas. Soft washing uses lower pressure together with appropriate cleaning solutions and is often selected for more delicate exterior surfaces. We determine the method based on the material and condition.

We don't automatically use high pressure on a roof. Roof-cleaning methods should be selected according to the roofing material and condition. Soft washing or another appropriate low-pressure approach may be recommended.

Yes. We provide cleaning for appropriate tile and ceramic roof surfaces and evaluate the roof before selecting the cleaning method.

Paver sealing can enhance the appearance of pavers while helping protect the surface from environmental exposure, stains, fading, and everyday wear. The appropriate product and process depend on the paver system and its existing condition.

Proper surface preparation is important. Pavers generally need to be appropriately cleaned and prepared before a new sealer is applied. Existing coatings and surface conditions may affect the preparation required.

There isn't one schedule appropriate for every property. Exposure to sunlight, rain, traffic, previous sealer, drainage, and the type of paver can all affect how long a sealed surface maintains its appearance. We can inspect the pavers and recommend service based on their actual condition.

Many stains and types of buildup can be significantly improved, but no responsible contractor should guarantee that every stain will disappear completely. Results depend on the substance, surface, age of the stain, previous treatments, and material condition.

You don't have to determine that yourself. Tell us what you'd like cleaned, and we'll evaluate the surface and recommend an appropriate method.
